Business Development Associate is a full time position working with BD Manager. You will work with both BD and project management department to provide support to our solar installer customers. The ideal candidate for this position is articulate, proactive, and detail-oriented. Work environment is a shared office /space depending on Fortune Energy office space configuration. Core office hours are Monday-Friday 8:30 AM-5:30 PM, 40 hrs. per week. Pay is hourly.
To promote Fortune Energy Service Platform (HahaSmart.com) to solar installers, EPCs, provide necessary training and support to make sure installers and/or EPCs understand value of Fortune Energy Service Platform platform and knows how to use platform.
To promote Fortune Energy Service Platform service, including but not limited to cash flow sponsor program, membership, proposal tool, paid leads, project design service etc.
To manage installers and/or EPCs network and maintain good relationship and related activities.
To collect and summarize feedback from solar installers and/or EPCs and provide optimization suggestions of platform, software and service.
To participate conference and exhibition if needed
Education: BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field.
Working experiences: Minimum of three years of Business Development or sales & marketing related experiences.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, proficiency in excel is a must.
Superior written and verbal communications skills, coupled with highly developed interpersonal skills.
Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to multi-task and set priorities within tight timelines and high client expectations.
