Product Description

The Backup Interface connects to the  SolarEdge Energy Hub inverter  and SolarEdge Energy Bank battery, automatically controlling disconnection of house loads from the grid during power failures to provide backup power to full or partial home loads. It enables homeowners full flexibility when deciding which household loads to backup. Installers benefit from faster installations due to the reduced need for main breaker de-rates and MPUs, as well as the pre-fitted SolarEdge Energy Meter (for self-consumption management) and auto-transformer (for split phase balancing). A 12-year warranty is included, which also extends to the Energy Meter and auto-transformer components.
